Assuming you purchased the shares before the ex date (ie before 4 business days before the record date of 9th August) yes you should have received an entitlement.
I've flagged this with the company and they have told me to advise you to contact the Kentor gold office ASAP on 07 3131 3206 and to speak to Simon directly or Kylie.
