    interesting to note that the issue ia at the sme price as the second lot of seed and 60% below the float price.

    It will not do much for stock liquidity.

    I would have thought that they could have waited a little longer until they pulled off "the big deal"

    Still it is encouraging that the directors are putting some of their own money in.
