    Hi Insider

    Thanks for the reply but thats not the answers I was hoping, I have the acceptance form where I have 10,000 shares that entitles me to 7000 more at $1 but what I am trying to figger out is the 7000 shares are non-renounceable and therefor not to be traded. When I finally go to sell my shares can I only sell the 10,000 and what happens to the 7000 that were issued?
