Non-resident withholding tax

    We received our dividend withholding advice the other day and noticed the "Non-resident withholding" line where 30% of the distribution is withheld.

    Does anyone know whether there is a form I can fill out to avoid having this amount withheld (sort of like a TFN declaration)? I have checked Computershare, and there are no forms related to this holding. Also, do any experts here know whether this amount is eventually refunded?
