That's up to 40%, could be lower, would like to see the next figures.

a couple of years of divies should keep the price stable , by that time traffic numbers will have ramped up considerably.
I remember when citylink opened everyone was trying to avoid it, now look.

Like someone else mentioned, it would be great if Eastlink or an independant company ( like RAcv ) do a comparison on fuel cost verses toll cost etc.
