    One question that has bemused me for sometime now is this;

    Why has GCR sought to protect itself from 'takeover' in amending its constitution on two occassions now in successive years?


    There not worth a cracker now ...... maybe there are vultures hanging in the wings waiting for an easy entry into the ASX????? That could explain two director resignations in last few months.
