You would think that GWR has more to worry about than how FAS are going to finance the takeover.
The fact that they have under delivered on their resource promise of 100mt by December.
The fact that Fairstar own 1/3 of GWR.
The fact that the resource was increased by over 70% and the SP is dwindling and Fairstar interests are picking up shares on market for nix.
The fact that Gary West Resources has no idea on how many pro takeover people hold GWR shares. (Many people for takeover but sitting in the wings) and thanks for the phone call...NOT!!! Time to analyse the share registry.
The fact that Fairstar has adopted an agressive drilling campaign in the near term.
The fact that FAS has a stable board unlike GWR who has a disfunctional board.
Sounds to me like the writing is on the wall!!!
