Yes LookSmart has gone down the gurgler unfortunately. The only thing holding them afloat ATM is the cash in the bank although the way they're burning cash that won't last for too long.

Don't worry about LOOK/LOK folding as it's almost a given with Hills at the helm. Won't be too much longer IMHO.
