Mark's on the move. My guess is signing documents (granting of leases) and checking the allignment of ducks as those sneaky little buggers tend to move if you dont keep an eye on them.
He said summoned in the BRR. To me sounds like "time to come over here bud, your pizza order is ready".
My guess is no ann next week unless its an official one from the angolan govt, or OKed by the angolan govt. Feb has a few weeks in it yet so sit tight and dont jump too soon.
