Yes this I don't understand. They wont except it because if they 'need' to suspend ISX again they no longer are in escrow. Maybe thats a fair statement but surely they could have also proposed something that satisfied them regarding any escrow. And remember if they 'had' to suspend ISX again those shares might come out of escrow but still cant be traded. Both parties need to grow up and make this work. But sadly I feel the ASX have no intention of letting this trade regardless of mum and dad investors needing their money in these times.
