Copper I've been screming about this forever and so many on here are happy to forgive PH which I believe is wrong- as the great Tim Ferris explains - every business leader has to learn the art of communication and "selling". Our SP is 100% where it is because PH cannot do either and I am very fearful that he lacks the art of closing a deal based on these concerns. You are 100% correct, operational (ie PR) help is needed in spades.
