yes I believe the conference organisers were sub-par (as noted by the tech guy leaving "Eagle rock" quietly playing throughout Peter's first presentation - very unprofessional) but that does not excuse good leadership and planning on peters part to get the presentation back on time with sufficient time for review and practice... then turning up at the venue and testing it in advance of his slot. just poor risk management and judgement
