It's the same bucket load of bull's excrement that the erratic '242' been dishing out to the gullible people over the other site. JH might have founded the company, he did pierce together a lot of acreages that no one wanted - and has yet to be worth anything. But once he floated the company the assets belong to the shareholders. Simple as that. What ever shares he have now is what he is rightfully entitled to for the assets of CTP. Any damages seek would be limited to what remainder of his employment contract is worth. He IS an employee of CTP - his founding status should have no bearing on the outcome of judgement. Everything else is just pure garbage!
