i would focus on PUD.
Drill one, get PUD on block. = Leverage.
Sell leverage without incurring further drill costs.
Then just show proof. Have all the usual slides, etc. but just focus on what makes BRK low risk, and what is about to occur. Shite, show the strike rate. Doooh !
Jewel. Why is an operator block so tangible different ? Because i would assume we can sell the fker more easily than the smaller equity positions. And proven lower risk, high strike rate for success to follow.
