I got lost in the other thread a bit (so much posting at the moment to catch up on). When you say nothing in legislation to create a deadline does this mean it can go past the expiry date of the permit? I have been taking this for granted but are there other approvals that have gone past the expiry date to confirm this?
Ill have to do some digging today on the neats website and see if there are some examples of this. If anyone else already has an example though wouldnt mind them piping up.
I hadnt really bothered to look into it too much really because as I said in the other thread I don't think there not being a cut off is negative really. Just means at some point in you might decide to move some capital out depending on what rate of return you wanted
