Now is the best political window for Pitt to unilaterally sign off on the PEP-11 amendment, as Labor will make no noise, and if they do he can crucify them politically.

If his Office if not advising him to get the brief in his hand and sign off they are incompetent saps. This is the best time, and the roar will be covered by the whitewash of the US presidential election coverage.... This is the golden window, for, IMO a pretty simple bloody sign off on the NOPTA regulator recommendations.

It shouldn't have taken 150+ incompetent days with the JAfD. Anywho...

If BPH/BUY management aren't beating down the door of the Minister's Office right now, then they don't understand the industry. I am sure BUY are, as David Breeze has experience with other O&G plays.

I am expecting a halt today or Monday. Parliament is now out of session, and this is when Minister's sign off on briefs.
