I must commend the depth of knowledge that some have. Gives me confidence that the if the government adheres to the "law" and "process", PEP-11 will be approved.
My closing comment is just this.
If NOPTA had recommended to the JA that the PEP-11 application should be declined, then I am sure the JA would have signed the "refusal" the same day.
That has not occured. NOPTA has recommended approval.
Labor will be directed or agree to a timeframe of not more than 45 days to make a decision.
WE are at the pointy end of this matter.
