You need to consider when a company is subject to such a bias and unfair process and has been smashed by government with running commenary will struggle with funding etc. Imagine a governemnt with tax payers money in their pocket could force a bias descion to ASX company and impact their share process etc.
Yes analysing the financial health of a company is a key in a fair enirnment.
