I could never understand this business of "force majeure" with regard to MEC. . I googled "force majeure" and it still did not make any sense to me, with regards to MEC Maybe I can get JD to explain this to me someday. Bravo, the points you raise about a) financial capacity.... Should be put to rest... I mean MEC for example..... will cough up $5 million off the back of a 0.004 cents raise from existing shareholders. So wait for the raise at $0.20-$0.30. Regarding b) community Opinion.... An obvious fault with our political system is where a majority of local individuals can manipulate decision-making in favour of their particular agenda. The squeaky wheel gets the oil. In many ways, the introverted are always drowned out by the extroverted. I meet many people in my travels.. and for a while now...... I have found people from Newcastle have not heard of PEP11 (not even one). Finally I will not accept this argument as it is blatantly dishonest or indeed corrupt.
Regarding Ed.... Presenting a clean skin who has said nothing about PEP 11... Good or bad. Cannot be judged for what he thinks.
All we need... is a judge who is able to take all facts into consideration and make a fair decision.
