I don’t know if everyone knows this - but it was ruled by the Solicitor General that Scomo legally obtained the role of DISER Minister by getting himself ‘sworn in’ by the Governor General.
So if he had made a LAWFUL decision as the Minister responsible for PEP11 - then there is no requirement to tell the JA to make the decision in accordance with the law.
