Yes, Advent added this to the court case after the Secret Ministries were exposed. As the Government conceded, we never got to see the outcome of that claim, I would love to see it tested. Virginia Bell was instructed to "presume" the AGS opinion was correct, the legality of the appointment was outside the scope of her enquiry. That was disappointing to many.
