Just read through this again. One point I failed to take out was where it says
"Regular local, national and international calling to contacts outside the World Phone
user base offered at rates determined through Norwood’s Global Dynamic Pricing
system, and paid for with World Credit purchased in-App"
so this is not just roaming or international calls they are looking at here it is ALL CALLS....
