The value is determined by quantity of active users, type of usage and associated meta data.
Even the smallest, Twitch, had 10 million active users delivering video content that is ideal for advertisers.
Whats App which is perhaps the most similar to NOR had 400 million users plus an ultra sticky platform. 30% of all SMS globally went through WhatsApp.
NOR needs to kick a lot more goals to get any meaningful 'value per user' metric
