Some good news but it still looks to me like retail investors playing around with themselves. Parcel size looks strangely similar to the amounts old mate duckworth was flapping about earlier.
What we are all waiting on it buys well over 100,000 K in value.
Then we know there are deals on the high probability side. NOR may run a tight ship but by it's very definition 3rd party deals require at least one 3rd party and you can bet somebodies got a cousin in Australia.
They always do.
