NOR Asset stock

NOR is an asset value stock whose revenue should not be only measure of its value of success but it seems a syndicate of buyers without a current holding are trying to nudge sp downward again by implying they not doing well. Now why would non holders be so concerned for the financial welfare of holders to suggest they sell out. ? Sounds suspect to me ...dumpers and pumpers spending their valuable time advising current holders and alluding to share consolidations and takeovers or should the be mergers ? lol You dont need to merge or takeover anyone these days when its cheaper todo mutually beneficial deals.
