This is certainly a new angle, Gilly. An asset value stock ? And a syndicate "implying they are not doing well" ? How can they possibly think this ?
Let's assume (optimistically) that Norwood has $ 2 million in the tin. The market cap is $21 million. Hence the market is valuing NOR's other assets at $19 million. The market might be correct. Maybe World Phone and Corona are worth $10 million each. Maybe the other assets are also worth plenty. Certainly buyers at these levels think so.
