I'm not sure the market values WP at anything, it generates no revenue. Corona has the potential but currently earns nothing. I believe that the bulk of the valuation of NOR is speculation that one day it will produce profit making apps.
If the market did value the two assets at $19M and they had a return to support it then NOR would be immune from a share price fall!
If the situation arises where NOR goes into receivership and the receivers try to find buyers for the IT I'm not sure they will get anything much, certainly substantially less than has gone into development.
