Flexiroam currently has market cap of 29 million so its a pretty similar value to NOR at the moment.
Officially listed on the ASX in June 2015. High of 24 cents in Dec currently down to 15 cents.

Pretty cheap too 1 cent a minute to fixed lines in Aus and 4 cents a minute to mobile. The number rental costs look on par with NOR's.

so it looks like they beat NOR on price, I guess the question is just NOR beat them on quality and the integration of the entire NOR suite of apps as they are released.
Hopefully as long as NOR positions themselves to the business traveller looking for uncompromising quality they will carve out a niche.
This is certainly a hot space to watch.
