Holla i'm enjoying your posts, but you can't be a very good builder. I have this image of you sitting on site on some bricks with meat pie in hand, ipad, and madly checking your Commsec stats all day everyday for market depth and posting away on here.
Is the building business that quiet? Where do you get the time.
