The ASX Listing Rules also require certain public listed companies to prepare quarterly cash flow reports. Essentially this obligation applies to "cash boxes" (that is, a company, other than a listed investment company, with half or more of its assets in cash or in a form readily convertible to cash) and mining exploration companies.
Quarterly cash flow reports must be lodged with ASX within one month after the end of each quarter of the relevant company's financial year. Again, there is no requirement to send quarterly cash flow reports to shareholders.
