It was a shell... aka: failed mining company. Was Monteray Mining (2011-2015)

The same mining company was previously a fin-tech company (2001-2011) amongst other endeavours, they were selling software solutions to Financial Planners!

Before that they were a different name, also in Tech (1999-2001) "DSW's business focus is the commercialisation of a retail merchandising management software system called DEEPSky Retail."

before that they attempted to be a "Green Chip Company" (pre 1999) ... but finished up saying "Further, investees in such high growth industry segments are perceived to require significant capital injections to achieve ultimate success and, given this Company's limited resources, investors may be concerned about its ability to meet these capital demands"

I am quite sure that those involved in previous ventures are long gone now.. interesting to look back though!
