It should actually be 22....
The Flag pole height is the projection target BUT it starts from the low support level of the flag body.. and not the top as I suggested...my apologies...as I was giving the Target from an ascending triangle break out point...

there are a lot of variations of the Flags Pennants and triangles all with Poles. you can reference on that link....cheers
