I called this in a post a month or two back and it looks like it might happen. Ride up to pre ann of Android release due to hype and so on. There is going to be a steep drop until 2016 updates on revenue and downloads especially for android which will be interesting. Mutual partnership addons with booking.com (booking.com advertising worldphone) or another high tier company in the similar industry will see NOR take its next big step and that is what is needed.
