Here is an update from company,hope this adds to our knowledge base.

Hi Shane

Happy New Year, and hope for a less turbulent share price.

I have noticed there have been some problems with loss of credit on WP accounts.

Have there been any other glitches that shareholders should be aware of and how is Norwood sorting through the problems that will occur with any business.

I am looking forward to the next company update on Jan 7,hopefully this time we don't see a massive sell off.

I haven’t heard or read of any problems with loss of credit, but have been away on leave. Will enquire. Not aware of any other significant glitches, will be an update out on the 7th in terms of how the run rate is going.

They have a pretty hands on approach to problem solving at the moment!

No worries – I checked up on the credit issue and they did have a small number of people with problems, stemming from some back end work in preparation for the switch to world credit. They are all fixed up now, and the affected customers seem happy with how it was handled.
