I'm guessing some of that money will be for the company Christmas party and bonuses?
I too think it's strange that the company would do a random CR without some sort of positive announcement coming out soon after.
And then you also have the person that decided to sell $27,000 worth of shares recently... one would assume that if a big deal was "imminent" that no insider would be selling their shares just yet.
I'm guessing some of that money will be for the company...
