IMO, if we bum around the 11.5 cents to 13.5 cent level for another 3-4 days that would look like some sort of pennant to me. with a flagpole from 4 cents to 16.5 cent is a 12.5cent rise, so look for a 12.5cent rise from current level'ish of 11.5 cents............. hopefully a rise anyhow !!
