Thanks for such an informative post. I may well join you if the price falls a bit more. In a bull market, this is a great buy on a fundamental basis. Perhaps at the moment, I am being a little picky, but I think one can afford to be given the current uncertainty.

You will do all right in the long run with Norfolk.
