Just got a standard response from asic that they will note my complaint and will undertake a " thorough" investigation.
Still no reply from Brm about my questions. Will try and call tomorrow, might even try asking for Ross Norgard. I will offer him my small parcel for $6 since the WNI deal is so good.
Does anyone know if there are any legal avenues to pursue the directors of BRM, particularly since I kept holding after the first takeover because WR kept announcing that a rail deal was close. Surely that has proved to be incorrect. Aren't the directors meant to be accountable for the announcements that have been made?
In hindsight I wish I had not bought more Brm after my stop loss was triggered ages ago. And at least AGO saved me with my FRS shares. It is a shame David Flannagan didn't rescue BRM.
Only hope now is to hold and hope for the best.
