From the trading halt announcement today:-
"For the purposes of the Listing Rules referred to above, Goodman Fielder advises as follows:
(a) The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by Goodman Fielder in relation to information received by the Company in respect of a potential change of control transaction which is under consideration by the Company;"
Let's hope any bid made is on the high side.
