Some people on here are majorly underestimating the value of the company basically telling us that telcos are queuing up wanting a big piece of Nor, and that serious deals are imminent.. as well as over exaggerating and trying to manipulate a cash burn issue. There is nothing at all unexpected here, and it has already been way oversold as if a horrendous quarterly was expected, and all the upcoming big news was not.
Nor have spent precisely what was always outlined since the previous CR, to get this company into a better position, ahead of schedule and expectations, to the point where they are potentially signing huge deals with multiple massive companies.
They've spent/invested to multiply the investment bigtime, and everything is going to plan. The main spending/marketing is done, there's still millions remaining, nor is well established and attracting serious interest.
It's all about the Telco deals, and Paul has successfully put nor in the position to pay off in a big way.
