perhaps but in my experience I find that sentiment towards a sector is the most powerful force
Tech boom anything tech rallies, sure the cream rises to the top but anything tech rallies
sentiment turns and even some of best of breed get stung my market, those that fail to deliver get hit even harder as market has gone from being a believer to a doubter
