    I very much doubt a payout ... any deal means creditors first and the short fall to creditors has to be met by the Directors after liquidation ... if the Creditors wish to pursue the Directors ... all part of Directors Liability, shareholders are almost last on the list ....

    My take on on it but certainly not an expert .....
