So now you've pegged out the ARU board. The next step will be litigating to demand your exclusive right.
You make an interesting point though about the possible motives of management in loading up with options at this time. Whether it's their intention or not, they could be seen to have insured themselves against the impact of a takeover. I'm also interested to hear that they have apparently invested little of their own funds. Hadn't checked that out.
