According to your own logic, climate refugees would be leaving Australia, not coming here. Secondly all for nothing if China, Phillipines, India, etc do nothing. I feel for all the people dissaffected, but despite your rantings there is no proof this is caused by man made climate change. Where is your proof? I have spoken to many people in the regions impacted as I travel to many of these areas and they complain about fuel loads. They can't even remove dead trees on their properties due to green tape, people can't use dead trees by the roadside due to use for firewood due to green tape, and they can't burn off areas that would create a fire break. Look at the fires that happened in the past, many were just as bad, and stop listening to mass media and go talk to people who really know. The people impacted, not the ones interviewed by the ABC, as they are selected due to ideology.
