Why would management and/or the board manipulate the share price? They are bigger shareholders than all of you! Given that it is illegal for insiders to be conducting the sort of activities that Tony alleges, If you seriously think mgmt or the board are manipulating the price then take your evidence to the ASX and they will go to jail.
Someone may well be playing with the price, but not 'insiders'.
Broker valuations are not Independent Valuations. They are valuations by organisations other than Centaurus, but brokers aren't independent! If every stock i owned traded at what a broker said it was worth then I'd be sitting in Portugal with Giant.
