You mentioned they might be buying a concrete treatment company; where'd you hear that from? Maybe one of the recent broker reports that they haven't made publicly available? Is what you're saying rumour, partial truth or fact??
Just thought i'd ask because i've heard nothing about it. PCG have never really pursued an acquisition-based growth, they've almost always preferred organic growth, so frankly i'd be a little surprised if they were looking at making an acquisition given the expansion that's currently happening overseas.
Having been said, if the opportunity arose to make a sensible acquisition, especially one that could aid vertical integration, i think that would be a good thing for the long term prospects of the company.
