ok - I will break this gently to you ---

Drug use ------------------------- IS NORMAL

sorry - there - I said it -------- I guess someone had to tell you though - drug use has been widespread in Australia for decades and, we aren't even talking about alcohol and tobacco.


I would have thought it would be staring one in the face to have systems that look after people at large gatherings if you are having problems with alcohol or drugs -- mismanaging it and reducing the risks where you can.

It's been fairly obvious for about 100 years now that you cannot just stop these types of behaviors - I suppose if one has been in a coma for a long time - one might have missed the point - but, no worries, one day even they will catch up
