I think you are missing the point Ex Bull. Decriminalisation allows for an industry to be created and standards produced. This would mean no more backyard setups and dodgy pills, and no more tests required past the point of manufacturing.

Regarding normalisation of drug use....hullo.....tens of thousands die every year from cigarettes and alchohol (let alone prescription meds)......where is your position on that????
