Not quite - more that he was looking overseas himself and would point AXY at anything he thought interesting enough. Obviously the board make the decision on the merits of whatever he finds. He did suggest there were more interesting opportunities abroad than here in Australia though.
However, I don't see why they would not look overseas again. They already have interests in the USA.
