Staff burn cash so anyone not producing finds their job on the line. Head office and that expensive AIM quote and baggage are likely to go as AIM:NGL reverses quickly into ASX:NGX - the company is registered in the UK, though that can quickly be fixed.
Cash is still needed so workers will get short term bonuses on mine production.
Basically, rip the heart out of the old mines, run them into the ground, and close them up.
Shares are cheaper in London. Closed at 7.1p (10.5c).
